Blair graduated from Brown University in May ’08 with a BA in English, focus in Nonfiction Writing. She contributed to several on and off-campus publications, and for her senior project, she wrote a memoir that explored the effects of death on the family and individual. Blair also has a keen interest in both music and entrepreneurship and has been involved with Brown’s music department and several start-up programs and businesses. After graduation, she completed a brief stint as a recruiter for financial services and is currently focusing on writing, travel and work as a independent new media consultant. She currently lives in New York City.

Kelsea graduated from Red Bank High School in May ’08, with honors. For her Senior Project at Red Bank, she captained a Relay For Life team and raised over $2200 through multiple fundraisers, including a benefit concert. She was also a cheerleader, co-editor-in-chief of the Red Bank Roar and was involved with Chattanooga’s branch of the American Cancer Society. Kelsea is currently a sophomore at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, under the College of Communication and Information, concentrating in Communications Studies. She is a member of the Chancellor’s Honors Program.

Stephanie Whitaker

Stephanie graduated from Holy Cross Catholic High School, located in Kingston, Ontario, in 2006. She is currently in her third year of the Broadcast & Journalism program at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario, and spends most of her time on both sides of the camera, prepping for her fall internship. Stephanie also serves at a Belgian Beer Bistro located in downtown Toronto, where her knowledge of wine, beer, and food is constantly expanding. After graduation, Stephanie plans to travel and write until she runs out of money. She will then return to Toronto until real work takes her out again.

And how do you all know each other?
We all grew up together in Chattanooga, TN. And when the Whitakers moved back to Canada, Steph even lived with us for a few months. We all came out alive and have remained close, despite the distance.
